We’re looking for an organized and dependable Shipper to join our growing fulfillment team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time — every time.

What You’ll Do
Pick, pack, and prepare prescriptions and other pharmacy products for shipment.
Accurately label and process outgoing orders using FedEx Webservices, Canada Post Desktop, and other shipping platforms.
Verify order accuracy, track shipments, and update order statuses in internal systems.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking supplies.
Follow Required Operating Procedures (ROPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment team to meet daily shipping targets.
Communicate with couriers and internal departments to resolve shipping issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and confidentiality regulations.
What You Bring
Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations (pharmacy or healthcare experience an asset).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Intermediate proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Familiarity with shipping software (FedEx, Canada Post) preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependability and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs as needed.
Additional Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may include occasional weekends)
Work Location: PartnershipRX, Surrey, BC
Start Date: ASAP
