ON is a fast-moving, design-minded technology partner — building compelling and high-impact digital experiences and software platforms. We work with forward-thinking companies that value design and user experience.

We’re not your typical agency, and place a heavy emphasis on bespoke, best-fit solutions that are tailored to the full stack challenges that we are solving — with technical rigour behind our delivery, and a focus on the right tools for the right job.

As a rapidly growing business, we’re looking for a SEO Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team of technologists, designers, strategists and researchers.

Our work spans a wide range of sectors, including MedTech, FinTech, Creative, Venture, FoodTech; with an increasing focus on sustainability through our work with charities, ClimateTech, and AgTech companies.

If that sounds like your cup of tea, we’d love to chat.

About the role

As SEO Specialist, you will take ownership of SEO, content and analytics; whilst collaborating with and providing direction to our development teams.

In this client-facing role we’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who can support our clients on an ongoing basis, and bring expertise in understanding how their websites are performing and how they can be improved. You’ll understand their goals and objectives, research their market, understand their consumers, and help to direct our efforts in ensuring that they are optimised to hit their objectives.

  • There’s great variety - client projects vary greatly in scope and challenge, and we work across many different industries

  • You’ll have the opportunity to lead the process and build a team,  working closely with developers and have a hand in evolving our processes and culture whilst building the team

  • Keep up to date with latest SEO best practices, trends and algorithm updates
