ON is a fast-moving, design-minded technology partner — building compelling and high-impact digital experiences and software platforms. We work with forward-thinking companies that value design and user experience.

We’re not your typical agency, and place a heavy emphasis on bespoke, best-fit solutions that are tailored to the full stack challenges that we are solving — with technical rigour behind our delivery, and a focus on the right tools for the right job.

As a rapidly growing business, we’re looking for motivated and organised QA engineers to join our multidisciplinary team of technologists, designers, strategists and researchers; and work closely with our development teams to ensure that delivery standards are high.

Our work spans a wide range of sectors, including MedTech, FinTech, Creative, Venture, FoodTech; with an increasing focus on sustainability through our work with charities, ClimateTech, and AgTech companies.

If that sounds like your cup of tea, we’d love to chat.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA engineer to work closely with our development teams, to ensure that the output is of a high quality and meets both the requirements of the project, and our internal standards. There is a lot of UI/UX testing involved, but you will contribute to setting up a robust testing environment and implement best practices for the team to follow. The role involves both manual testing, and implementation of automated testing.

  • Perform manual testing of websites and web applications

  • Contribute to adopting a test strategy that leads to high quality output

  • Bring a QA perspective to planning meetings

  • Help the development teams work to best practices to ensure quality

  • Build and maintain regression testing plans for releases

About you

  • Excellent knowledge of QA practices

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools

  • Able to test across web and mobile platforms

  • Ideally, previous experience in UI/UX testing

  • Good time management abilities

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
