About the Job
Job Description:
We are looking for an Investment Generalist as a core part of our investment team. In this role you will work closely with our indexing team, capital management companies and our founder Nils - to design and operate a high performing, legally compliant and customized investment product for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial industry professional with a deep understanding of the market and a desire for a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
Structuring financial portfolios in accordance with client requirements and regulatory frameworks
Close coordination with the indexing team and the capital management company for a high-performance interplay of the entire investment product
Quantification of decision parameters in the day-to-day management of funds
Research in relation to various financial instruments, markets and trends
Preparation, support and coordination of investment decisions
About You
Degree in business administration or equivalent
CFA is an advantage
3+ years of experience in the financial sector, with a special focus on capital/money markets and funds
Experience in structuring and managing financial products, ideally in the area of fixed income
Solid German language skills
You like to take full ownership of your work, have an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset and are an outcome oriented person.
