At Naro, we've reimagined fund infrastructure to build and provide innovative capital allocation solutions. We enable companies to build their own customized fund products, such as ETFs, Index Funds and Money Market Funds, without an operational and regulatory burden.

This way we are redistributing earnings among all involved parties, giving the companies a bigger share of the earnings of the fund market, while creating better products, lower fees and higher interest for the end customer.

Naro is remote-first, but has collaborative working opportunities in Berlin and Cologne. We work with international businesses and have raised $3m from Top Tier-VCs and experienced operators from the finance and technology scene.

About the Job

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Go-to-Market Analyst to develop market penetration strategies for our fund infrastructure solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with our founder Chris in designing our market strategy, building potential partner pipelines and positioning the Naro brand in the different areas of the market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in market analysis, is communicative and creative and is passionate about all-things investment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the founder to develop our go-to-market strategy and strategic positioning

  • Setting up of potential partner pipelines in different areas of the financial system and further boost existing pipelines, based on conducted market research

  • Conduct extensive research on specific new verticals within the financial services industry to identify key trends, key players and potential partners

  • Identify the key platforms where our potential partners are and act and position the Naro Brand inside these platforms

  • Collaborate to create marketing and communication content to target our potential customers

  • Build a media strategy and long-term partner acquisition channels like Google Analytics to position the Naro Brand strongly

  • Set Up our PR & communications area, being responsible for the PR Strategy, potential news releases and contacts with event creators and publishers.

About You

  • You have 2+ years of working experience in the financial or technology sector, with a special focus on b2b marketing or business development.

  • You’re very passionate about investments and capital markets - your night readings are factsheets and market analyses.

  • You are fluent in German

  • You have excellent research abilities and are interested in conducting market analysis, talking to people to discover potential markets and attend events.

  • You have interest and experience in all-things-social, as well as Google Analytics, SEO and other comparables.

  • You are a creative and communicative person, responsible for the Naro brand and the external impression of the company.

  • You like to take full ownership of your work, have an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset and are an outcome oriented person.

  • You are preferably based in Cologne or Berlin to join us on various occasions in person or have the interest in moving / commuting to one of these cities in the nearer future
