Morton Wealth is a registered investment advisor that was formed in 1981 and manages roughly $2.3 billion in assets across 1000+ families. We manage wealth personally with the goal of empowering families to enjoy their lives. Our investment approach is distinctly not “Wall Street” as we are willing to look beyond traditional investments if we feel that alternative investments can more closely match our investment philosophy of risk management, true diversification and cash flow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute requests from advisory teams in a timely manner to meet client expectations

  • Initiation and/or tracking of document requests via Workfront

  • Complete advisory agreements and custodian documents with accurate information

  • Confirm all client information is collected and updated in firm records

  • Monitor custodial platforms for alerts related to client accounts

  • Management of client accounts and households through internal reporting system

  • Client portal management

  • Send documents to clients and follow up as needed

  • Update client records, as requested by advisory team

  • Ensure all client data is kept up to date, accurate and organized in the client folders.
