What you’ll do:

As a Marble Insurance Agent you will gather and analyze information about prospective customers’ insurance needs; compare and evaluate possible insurance products to develop individualized advice and strategies for each Marble member based upon each client’s insurance and financial status, risk tolerance, needs, and objectives. 

Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the computer equipment and in-depth training. This is a remote position; preferred candidates live within the United States.

About You

• World class verbal and written communication skills

• Holds an active Property & Casualty to sell insurance 

• High energy, win-hungry salesperson

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities

• Experience with maintaining a high-volume email support channel

• Strong intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated track record of skills acquisition

• Curious about technology and learning how our Members use our product

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Talk with Marble members and interested in purchasing an insurance policy, and help them seamlessly navigate the Marble platform from onboarding onward

• Selling Property & Casualty insurance policies to interested Marble Members

• Assist Marble members with Marble Marketplace when needed

• Meet or exceed monthly policy sales targets by overcoming sales objections and close over the phone, chat and online

• Accurately record all required information in agency management platform 

• Support Marble’s marketing and product teams as a subject matter expert in insurance sales

• Maintaining compliant communication 

• Execute and manage daily processing tasks as the Marble product continues to evolve

• Stay up-to-date with Marble’s product enhancements to help answer Members’ questions

• Help support Marble’s marketing and product teams to help shape the future of Marble, acting as the Members' advocate
