Role Overview

We're looking for a curious, creative, and strategic thinker who is passionate about marketing, branding, and consumer behavior. As a Creative Strategist, you'll help transform insights into compelling campaign ideas, support creative planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Whether you're a recent graduate with strong internship experience or have up to two years of agency or marketing experience, this role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, competitor, audience, and trend research.

  • Assist in developing campaign strategies and creative concepts.

  • Prepare creative briefs for content, design, and production teams.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, social media managers, and client servicing teams.

  • Support brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas for campaigns and brand communication.

  • Develop messaging frameworks, content pillars, and campaign narratives.

  • Create presentations and pitch decks for clients and internal teams.

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media platforms, AI tools, and consumer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Mass Media, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, branding, content, or communications (internships are welcome).

  • Strong interest in branding, storytelling, and marketing strategy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think creatively while solving business problems.

  • Strong research and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, or other AI productivity tools is a plus.
