We’re looking for high-potential college students to join our selective network and represent Leland in the international student community on their campus!

Deadline: Tuesday, April 8 (Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we highly recommend applying as soon as possible to maximize your chances of consideration)

Responsibilities

• Ideate and implement growth strategies to build Leland’s presence within the international student community on your campus

• Build relationships with key stakeholders on your college campus (e.g., international student organizations, cultural clubs etc.) and foster partnerships between Leland and these key stakeholders

• Share Leland’s content to help other students accomplish their career and educational goals (e.g., Social media posts, articles, resources/guides)

• Contribute to Leland’s culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

• Assist in recruiting the future Leland ambassadors on your campus

Qualifications

• You’re a high-potential student with a strong professional and academic background

• You want to network and collaborate with other accomplished students

• You are interested in entrepreneurship, product management, investment banking, consulting, private equity/venture capital, med school, dental school, law school, or other high-potential career paths

• You love throwing events or other initiatives to generate hype

• You have a strong work ethic and a bias towards action

• You are able to commit ~5-7 hours a month towards this role

• You are interested in engaging in the program until August 2024
