We’re looking for a talented intern to help us (1) explore several important company opportunities, (2) develop a thoughtful strategy, and (3) execute efficiently as you make a tangible impact on Leland’s growth.

If you are passionate about helping people reach education/career goals, interested in growth and operations at a high-growth early-stage startup, and have experience in consulting, strategy, growth and/or ops, we’d love to chat. This is a paid internship and would require 15-20+ hrs per week. You will start at $15/hr but there is opportunity to increase pay over time as you perform.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into a new strategy, partnership, or opportunity quickly, document learnings and recommend a course of action

• Partner closely with a talented team of executors to carry out your plans and drive real growth for the business

• Measure progress/performance, make tweaks to your strategy, and dive back into execution

• Own projects end-to-end. You will have support, but you will need to be the sole owner and driver of your initiative.

• Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

Qualifications

• 1-2 prior internships in growth, operations, startups or consulting

• Strong analytical background and experience making data-driven decisions

• Ability to execute and think strategically, building systems that can be scaled

• Enjoys moving fast, testing new ideas, and developing creative growth strategies

• A strong communicator who is eager to learn something new every day

• A scrappy and curious executor who it biased towards action
