Leland is a Stanford MBA-founded coaching marketplace where ambitious people can access live expertise to help them reach career and educational goals. We have 400+ coaches from the most selective schools and companies in the world, including Stanford, Harvard, Google, Meta, Bain, McKinsey, and countless others.

We’re looking for a content writer/editor who can help us maintain and grow a massive library of written content, support email growth initiatives including newsletters, and edit AI content.

If you are a great writer and editor who is interested in tech and growth initiatives, working with an experienced team, joining a well-funded high-growth startup, and making a meaningful impact on the world, we’d love to chat. This is a part-time internship for 15-20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently write and edit editorial and SEO content

• Own, write, and edit our weekly newsletters

• Research; willing and able to learn about new industries

• Understand SEO strategy and best practices

• Test new content initiatives and make data-driven decisions

• Creatively brainstorm growth strategies to drive engagement and conversion

• Be a part of other growth and ops initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree

• You’re a highly-skilled writer/editor who’s passionate about storytelling and content (be prepared to share writing samples)

• You are curious, adaptive, and a fast learner, willing to become an expert in new areas and learn new things every day

• Our team is passionate about making a difference in our customers’ lives and we want someone who is motivated, proactive, and a hard worker

• Located in Utah, the Bay Area, or Los Angeles
