As part of the Growth team, you will be responsible for helping massively grow Layer N’s ecosystem of developers, users, institutional firms, partners, and communities.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead developer partnership acquisition, and attract strong developer teams to build on top of Layer N.

• Lead institutional partnership acquisition with institutional trading firms, and trading groups.

• Develop efficient partnership acquisition pipelines.

• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, researching and analyzing competitors, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.

• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a hands-on sales, or business development, or partnerships, or growth lead

• Ability to take autonomy and ownership

• Deep understanding of L2 infrastructure, crypto culture, and crypto products

• Strong creative thinking

• Excellent communication abilities

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100k - $190k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in New York at any level. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles.
