Large Language Models (LLMs) have unlocked the ability to solve many contract negotiation problems at scale. Our product is best-in-market and is rapidly embedding itself into the lives of its users.

What would you be doing?

You will have a unique opportunity to join a quickly grown sales team. We are scaling due to the market demand and a landslide of inbound leads. Your role would include helping shape how we impact customers at scale, with a voice in creating the best outcome for yourself, for the team, and for Ivo.

  • Turn inbound demand into happy Ivo customers

  • Manage our sales pipeline and improve our sales processes

  • Share insights from prospects to support our product development process

  • Proactively execute outbound strategies

Ivo might be a good fit for you if:

  • You have  consistently exceeded monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

  • You can communicate value-based impact for our prospects and customers

  • You can handle a large amount of deals, are highly organized, and take coaching well

  • You excel at navigating ambiguity and adapting to a highly changing environment

  • Have a "do what it takes" attitude. You're willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself — you won't have anyone to delegate to

  • Would describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful

  • You have a strong internal sense of urgency. You have a bias towards doing things *today*, rather than tomorrow

  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required

  • You are excited about the adventure of building a company!

Benefits:

  • Pay range: Flexible - $160,000 - $220,000 OTE, 50/50 split, depends on experience

Can I work remotely?

We have a strong preference for candidates who can work with us in person in the San Francisco Bay Area.
