About Kulfi Collective

Kulfi Collective is a modern media network that functions at the intersection of content, community and culture. Kulfi brings together talent, tech and data to create and distribute muti-format, multi-platform content for GenY and GenZ audiences in India and across the world. Kulfi operates through three verticals - Supari Studios (brand solutions), Post Office (immersive & digital experiences) and Keeda Media (original IPs). 

Over the last ten years, Kulfi has produced more than 10,000 minutes of content that has been viewed over two billion times online for some of the most ambitious brands and platforms in the world such as Red Bull, Google, Audible, Netflix, Tinder, Spotify and Flipkart among others.

About the role
At Kulfi Collective, we are on a mission to make the world (wide web) a brighter place, one incredible story at a time.. As our Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the heart of blending technology and creativity. 

You'll work closely with VP Product & Tech at Kulfi Collective to scale the Innovation Lab, with a focus on disrupting creative processes using technology. You'll create cutting-edge digital products and AI-powered platforms that will be used by some of the biggest global and Indian brands.
We're looking for someone who can not only code but also contribute innovative ideas to push the boundaries of what's possible in creative tech.

A day in the life of Full Stack Engineer

  • Build digital products, new offerings, and connected experiences that people love

  • Design and implement AI workflows and integrations for creative solutions

  • Collaborate with designers, strategists and creative teams to design and build innovative tech solutions

  • Conduct research & prototyping on emerging technologies and AI trends to keep Kulfi Collective at the forefront of innovation

  • Provide technical guidance and support for client projects

  • Contribute to our tech strategy and best practices

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

  • 2+ years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in modern web technologies

  • Demonstrated experience integrating Gen AI platforms ( OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway etc) into workflows

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies & creative tools quickly

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

  •  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

  •  Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines

  •  Knowledge of API development and integration

  •  Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, Angular)

  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

  • Ability to work in an Agile and dynamic environment

  • Digital or creative agency experience while not mandatory is a plus
