About Supari Studios
Supari Studios is our award-winning branded content studio at Kulfi Collective that helps brands create differentiated, relatable and scalable video content properties for Gen Y & Gen Z audiences online. Over the past 9 years, we have produced over 10k minutes of content that has been viewed over 1.3b times online for some of the most ambitious brands globally such as Red Bull, Google, Netflix and Flipkart to name a few.
We help brands engage with their audiences online by blending content with strategy, creativity and technology.
About the role
At Supari Studios, we are on a mission to make the world (wide web) a brighter place, one incredible story at a time. We are seeking an Intern- Talent Management who will be responsible for expanding our talent pool and centralising our data.
This person will also be working very closely with Sr. Lead - Talent Management, assisting in day to day talent sourcing and scouting operations.
A day in the life of an Intern- Talent Partnerships
Understand the Supari’s business model and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Discover and build the talent pool with new talent across our skillsets for projects.
Maintaining and segregating the database of talent.
Helping the lead in day to day tasks for example signing the agreements with talent, sending profiles for the requirements, aligning meetings, follow up with talent for feedback/project etc.
Maintain and help further develop our talent tracking system and database. Consistently scouting talent on various platforms like Vimeo/Behance/Instagram/Linkedin.
Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
What does success look like
Build a creative ecosystem / roster of 500 partners that can work with Kulfi collective.
Strengthening our workflow process for the talent hiring system.
Centralise our database on tool for acquiring talent at speed.
Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase
Fresher from the media and entertainment industry.
You have a deep love of storytelling, creativity, design, and cutting edge technology,
Solid knowledge of content production.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong workflow management
Strong experience on working on Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendars) and MS Office
You’re proactive, can work autonomously, but also remain collaborative and communicative with the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
