As the Always-On Creative Associate, you will be responsible for building out creatives for the brand’s social media, writing captions, planning posts, reels, and communications and posting content on their social channels. 

A day in the life of a Creative Associate

• Manage content creation and calendar for all key social media channels- creative thinking, writing and when needed posting

• Take ownership to schedule the content and post basis the predetermined timeline

• Maintaining trackers for WIP pieces and live pieces

• Writing copy and captions for all social media posts - video and static.

• Keep up to date on all social media trends and platforms.

• Manage communications with multiple stakeholders

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 1-2 years of experience working in the Social and Digital space - preferably in the Entertainment industry, creating & managing content on social & other marketing channels

• Experience working with copy, creative, production and tech partners

• Curious about emerging content formats

• Passionate and a consumer of social media, loves trend spotting

• Attention to detail. You’re vigilant in your quality checks to make sure the posts are landing as planned

• Knowledge of Google Suite and social media platforms.

• Ability to multitask and have excellent organisational skills.

• Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
