We are seeking a boundary-pushing, idea-generating, and pop-culture-loving Creative Director to join our team of badass creatives and help us produce social content that shines.
A person with a unique blend of imagination, charisma, and caffeinated energy to transform brands into epic tales that'll have the internet begging for more. 

A day in the life of an Creative Director

• Join forces with our Account Management team to understand the brands' needs and objectives. Align on overall brand strategy and trickling that to their social media platforms

• Proactive ideation for topical/trending moments to speak about on social

• Creating social media calendar monthly/ weekly

• Leading social media strategy and creatives for all social media platforms

• Overlooking all social media led campaigns. Handling it end to end.

• Coordinating with designers to approve the final output to post, Supervising copies and captions for all creatives and leading ideation for reels

• Running  weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meetings

• Analysing content on a monthly basis

• Overseeing beautifully designed decks with right references that are in line with the brand’s objectives and requirements

• Deep understanding of each and every social media inventory present (For example, when to use Insta Stories v/s When to use Insta Feeds)

• Ensure that all creative work meets high standards of quality and aligns with our clients' brand guidelines

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external team

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and open communication among team members.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 5 years of experience in a creative social media role, preferably within a content studio

• A portfolio showcasing your mind-blowing work across social media platforms.

• You're a natural-born hustler with a Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth.

• You are agile, You are a doer, A specialist who is well versed in two or more stages of the creative process.

• You have excellent communication skills, with your can-do attitude.

• You're proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you're not afraid to use them.

• Pushing the envelope and inviting the future of content creation by dabbling in AI Writer and AI Design Tools like Chatgpt, Runaway and more. Approaching everything as a problem solver.

• You're always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in the industry because you're just that curious.

• You’re a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for what the audience wants.
