About the role

We are looking for an Associate - Account Management who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building strong partnerships with some of the most progressive brands and platforms globally.

An Account Lead will be responsible to manage and support our client relationships, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

A day in the life of an Account Lead

  • Understand Supari’s revenue and profitability model and ensure work is completed within budget at the highest quality

  • Assisting the Account Leads with managing and maintaining client relationships. Assisting in tracking, managing the revenue and forecast for the allotted brands.

  • Contributing in developing account management strategies 

  • Interacting and handling day to day communication with clients, including responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics teams, to deliver high-quality work

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials

  • Coordinating meetings and events with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

  • Timely tracking of the brand/campaign’s performance and updating the client as per the pre-decided scope, identifying learnings and areas of improvement from the same 

  • Handling day-to-day communication with clients, 

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of client's business and have a thorough understanding of industry business trends. Be alert to changes in clients’ marketplace. Conducting research on what’s going on in the marketplace to offer solutions to clients

  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

  • 3+ years of experience in client servicing and account management.

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and brands, and delivering exceptional results.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions

  • Strong workflow management and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
