About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Associate - 3D Motion Designer  who has a flair for 3D motion design, Proficient in C4D and various render engines, while ensuring our creative output meets briefs and quality standards. They will also create outstanding assets for our brand and elevate our brand identity!

A day in the life of a Sr. Associate - 3D Motion Designer

• Strong design principles and visualization skills to create stylized CG graphics, motion design and stunning compositions. Passion to create innovative design and moving image from concept to final production.

• Strong execution skill sets across multiple CGI disciplines including modeling, texturing, lighting, shading/look development, animation and compositing.

• Should possess an eye for detail and have a good understanding and awareness of current trends as well as a passion for emerging technology.

• Experience in sourcing right references for projects and ensuring they follow in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Developing visual concepts, style frames as per the requirement and implementation of new design processes.

• Should possess problem solving abilities while contributing to the team and maintaining synergy.

• Ability to work on projects from concept to delivery and possess good communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with the team at the studio to meet the requirements.

• Understand brand expectations, execute projects as per timelines set and creative expectations are met while maintaining PO standards.

• Understanding of various animation softwares, responsible for research and plugins for better output and efficiency.

• Create assets for Post Office's website, behance and social media handles, visualize and develop assets to elevate the overall brand identity.

• Experience of working on Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendars)

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 1-3 years of experience

• Good communication skills

• Good Presentation Skills / Ability to conduct training sessions in house

• Good experience of working on Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendars)

• Proficient knowledge of C4D and various render engines

• Familiarity with Substance Designer and Painter, Houdini, After Effects
