Our projects range from the creation of digital content in motion design and animation for the web to building virtual experiences through emerging media technologies such as AR and virtual production for the metaverse.
Job Summary
The Sr. Lead will be responsible for developing business pipelines, pitching and onboarding businesses from new and existing clients in India & Globally in accordance with the studio’s targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the studio’s goals and revenue targets
Assess and approach new clients, nurture client relationships and work towards increasing revenue via upselling + cross selling to existing businesses
Assisting the CCO in identifying global business representatives, who will partner with the studio to increase international incoming briefs
Lead the ‘response to brief’ role and involve other stakeholders as and when required.
Track competitive activity, build plans to effectively counter it
Ensure client feedback is understood and changes in projects are made accordingly
Conduct negotiations, oversee and close contracts with brands
Build relationships across all teams to ensure the required support is obtained to close briefs
Be in constant touch with the brand owners/ clients/ representatives and be a liaison between the external and internal teams
Lead weekly sync meetings with internal teams, update stakeholders on important information
Requirement
6-7 yrs of relevant work experience
Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.
Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, CRM tools (to extract project data and analyse the current sales pipeline.)
Highly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships
Strong financial acumen.
