Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Lead - Learning & Development & the core committee to design a learning calendar

  • Manage all communications throughout the company regarding learning needs, new requirements and feedback

  • Use feedback to upgrade learning sessions and the learning calendar

  • Be hands-on with planning and execution of all internal and external activities 

  • Working on costs with trainers, coaches and learning modules

  • Reaching out, connecting and coordinating with experts to host these sessions

  • Researching new ideas, topics for our learning and development needs

  • Work with the social media team to capture and showcase our learning related work - events - activities

  • Assist the Lead in conducting a training need identification analysis to understand the learning needs of the company and its employees 

  • Help create learning pathways for all employees that include curating content and building micro learning modules



  • 0-2 yrs of relevant work experience in learning & development

  • Creative thinking
