Kulfi operates across three business verticals - Supari Studios (branded content), Keeda Media (original content) and Post Office (immersive content).
Over the past 10 years, we have produced 10,000+ minutes of content that has been viewed over 1.5 billion times online for brands and platforms such as Red Bull, Netflix, Google, Spotify, Disney+, Flipkart and Bumble to name a few.
Working closely with the Lead - Learning & Development & the core committee to design a learning calendar
Manage all communications throughout the company regarding learning needs, new requirements and feedback
Use feedback to upgrade learning sessions and the learning calendar
Be hands-on with planning and execution of all internal and external activities
Working on costs with trainers, coaches and learning modules
Reaching out, connecting and coordinating with experts to host these sessions
Researching new ideas, topics for our learning and development needs
Work with the social media team to capture and showcase our learning related work - events - activities
Assist the Lead in conducting a training need identification analysis to understand the learning needs of the company and its employees
Help create learning pathways for all employees that include curating content and building micro learning modules
0-2 yrs of relevant work experience in learning & development
Ability to bring innovative ideas to the table
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask

Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
