Supari Studios is our award-winning branded content studio at Kulfi Collective that helps brands create differentiated, relatable and scalable video content properties for Gen Y & Gen Z audiences online. Over the past 9 years, we have produced over 10k minutes of content that has been viewed over 1.3b times online for some of the most ambitious brands globally such as Red Bull, Google, Netflix and Flipkart to name a few.

We help brands engage with their audiences online by blending content with strategy, creativity and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and managing a team to create content at scale for brands

• Building and managing relationships with the brand

• Overlooking the creation of budgets / creative presentations and the legal and finance aspects of the project/brand partnership

• Ensuring profitability of the project without compromising quality while still delivering to the clients expectations

• Stronghold on financial planning for projects - be able to plan money, resources in most efficient manner

• Displaying execution mastery to be able to identify the most efficient ways to deliver content at scale

• Creating best practices for creative / production teams, strong cross-cultural communications and the ability to prioritize and problem solve on a daily basis

• Analyzing the clients business, category, culture and the consumer to give the best creative solutions and managing expectations with the client, ensuring internal quality standards are met

• Oversee project management from brief to delivery and ensure project closures across all internal / external teams

• Identifying the clients requirement and building creative briefs for teams internally

• Deep knowledge of creative development and content strategy

• Client meetings, sourcing new business opportunities, negotiating budgets, contracts and KPIs

• Managing internal team effectively to ensure best results

• Keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects

• High touch with clients on a daily basis to maintain and manage partnerships

REQUIREMENT:

• 7-9 years of relevant work experience

• Strong knowledge of G-Suite, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc

• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Ability to manage expectations of your production partners and clients

• Knowledge of trends and limitations of the digital ecosystems

• Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment

• Excellent negotiation skills
