Post Office is our new media lab at Kulfi Collective focussed on producing immersive content & virtual experiences for brands and platforms at scale. We are a diverse team of designers, animators, creative technologists, producers, and developers with an urge to test the limits of creativity and technology to tell stories that are imaginative and extraordinary.

Our projects range from the creation of digital content in motion design and animation for the web to building virtual experiences through emerging media technologies such as AR and virtual production for the metaverse.


  • As the Sales Lead for the entity, it will be your responsibility to drive all sales initiatives and detailed account strategies to win specific business

  • Core focus on new business development and account acquisition - primarily a hunting role

  • Design and implement outbound and inbound sales / marketing strategies - includes email campaigns, cold / lead generation, Linkedin, Business Networking etc

  • Work closely with the Chief Business Officer to develop these sales strategies

  • Structure winning proposals in collaboration with the creative and the operations team

  • Lead periodic business reviews to identify potential areas for growth and additional revenue

  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities in new areas and add newer clients to the existing businesses

  • This role is highly consultative and involves analyzing business processes to identify client needs, uncover opportunities, create solutions and deliver value propositions through compelling presentations

  • Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems

  • Keeping abreast of new trends, formats, content models

  • Undertake in-depth research to gather key information with respect to the client

  • Lead conversations around new, disruptive and fun thinking with the internal team and the clients and seeing them through is a part of the role


  • 8 - 10 yrs of work experience in Sales and Strategy

  • Experience in designing and implementation of business development strategy

  • Stakeholder management skills, people management skills are crucial

  • Have the ability to negotiate contracts, close deals and generate revenue

  • Strong leadership skills, lead and groom the team to take deals from the pitch to closure and delivery

  • Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines with sustained accuracy

  • Experience in presenting to C-Suite is an added advantage
