Kulfi operates across three business verticals - Supari Studios (branded content), Keeda Media(original content) and Post Office (immersive content).

Over the past 10 years, we have produced 10,000+ minutes of content that has been viewed over 1.5 billion times online for brands and platforms such as Red Bull, Netflix, Google, Spotify, Disney+, Flipkart and Bumble to name a few.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead our efforts (as one of our first hires in this function) to build a roadmap for Kulfi Collective’s content engine that will help scale the organisation's content output by 10x in the next 3 years

• Identify, own and develop a portfolio of applications and tools that will solve key problems in content production and unlock bottlenecks in workflows from pitch to play

• Scale our technology team (across product, engineering, design and IT operations) applying judgement with respect to build, buy and licensing

• Coach, mentor and grow the next line technology leaders within the company

• Hire key tech talent across a range of skills including but not limited to front end, back end, integration and data engineering

• Develop a deep understanding of content production workflows and the content business at

  large and build domain expertise in key functions

• Participate in product reviews and technical discussions to sharpen engineering direction

• Build an inclusive team culture & inspire high performing talent to achieve their full potential

• Work across key functions and verticals to build new services, products and data models to operationalise our content production workflows at scale

Requirement

• 6-9 years of progressive management experience of scaling technology teams (ideally in media, entertainment, content production, visual effects, gaming and/or adjacent industries)

• Proven ability to design and deploy complex interdependent systems and develop applications/tools in best-in-class content production, virtual production, vfx or similar

  production ecosystems

• Experience delivering and iterating products in a fast paced and evolving environment

• Passion for storytelling and helping creators bring their stories to life

• Hiring tech talent and building strong inclusive teams

• Strong product thinking and ability to work with business leaders

• Ability to build trusting partnerships with partner technical teams

• Ability to review and critique engineering design and architectural decisions

• Experience in Java or other object oriented languages (ex: Ruby, C++, GoLang, Python)

• Experience with data modelling and relational & non-relational datastores.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
