Job Responsibilities

  • Design & Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment - work life balance, mental health, fun & engagement 

  • Support & suggest improvements to the current people experience processes

  • Manage payroll with the Finance & Accounts team

  • Work closely with the Function Leads to ensure we meet overall business goals

  • Automate solutions in the people experience team

  • Strategise & successfully implement candidate engagement initiatives - end to end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement & post joining experience

  • Maintaining employee documentation and employee records i.e Employee masters, Employment Contracts, NDA, IP Release, Confirmations, Exit Forms etc

  • Communicating with external partners & managing vendors

  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries

  • Create collaborative experiences for the Alumni of Kulfi


Requirement

Essential

  • 3-4 yrs of work experience in Human Resources

  • Strong organizational, critical & communication-interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail & good judgment

  • Hands-on experience of working with Google Sheets / MS Office

  • Good understanding of HR laws

  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Ability to multitask
