Job Responsibilities
Design & Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment - work life balance, mental health, fun & engagement
Support & suggest improvements to the current people experience processes
Manage payroll with the Finance & Accounts team
Work closely with the Function Leads to ensure we meet overall business goals
Automate solutions in the people experience team
Strategise & successfully implement candidate engagement initiatives - end to end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement & post joining experience
Maintaining employee documentation and employee records i.e Employee masters, Employment Contracts, NDA, IP Release, Confirmations, Exit Forms etc
Communicating with external partners & managing vendors
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Create collaborative experiences for the Alumni of Kulfi
Requirement
Essential
3-4 yrs of work experience in Human Resources
Strong organizational, critical & communication-interpersonal skills
Attention to detail & good judgment
Hands-on experience of working with Google Sheets / MS Office
Good understanding of HR laws
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to multitask
