Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant, you will be working with 2 founders of Kulfi - Chief Executive Officer & Chief Creative Officer. You’d be well-organized, intuitive to the needs of the founders office and work autonomously to provide personalized and professional administrative support on a day to day basis. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a quick thinker and mature enough to handle pressure situations with a sense of urgency and empathy and maintain confidentiality. 

  • Schedule meetings, updating schedules, maintaining the calendars and sending reminders

  • Maintaining internal and external correspondence with clients, vendors and others on behalf of the founders

  • Attending meetings if required and sharing minutes with the attendees 

  • Maintaining important paperwork at all times in an organized manner and creating a database of these documents for future reference

  • Maintain reimbursements for the founders and claim on a monthly basis

  • Managing all events as and when required (coordination, bookings, payments, dining etc)

  • Assist with all travel related arrangements 

  • Handling all personal and professional queries with internal and external parties

  • Assist with personal/ home requirements of the founders relating to administrative support for personal travel, coordinating with staff on errands, personal bills and household logistic


  • 2 - 5yrs of work experience as a personal assistant would be ideal

  • Technical aptitude with web based tools like G-Suite, Slack

  • Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills - building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Thorough with follow-ups and coordination

  • Good in negotiating with vendors

  • Strong work ethics and self- discipline to stay focused 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Familiar with online travel portals and booking processes (for travel and stay)
