Kulfi operates across three business verticals - Supari Studios (branded content), Keeda Media (original content) and Post Office (immersive content).
Over the past 10 years, we have produced 10,000+ minutes of content that has been viewed over 1.5 billion times online for brands and platforms such as Red Bull, Netflix, Google, Spotify, Disney+, Flipkart and Bumble to name a few.
Job Responsibilities
Be the overall brand custodian for Kulfi Collective, and the 3 verticals: Supari Studios, Post Office Studios and Keeda Media; ensuring that the brands are seen and heard of by the right audiences in the right context.Â
Manage the Marketing team & lead the Marketing efforts across all verticals of Kulfi Collective
Build strategies for, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Community Management and Communications / PR for KC and each of the verticals, (and individual projects executed by them), and oversee execution of these strategiesÂ
Identify strategies for relevant and impactful positioning of the company and the employees through awards participation, people showcase, etc.Â
Plan and manage dissemination of marketing & communication assets (project collateral, newsletters, social media content, press releases, articles etc) across all relevant distribution channels
Oversee press releases about company news, new projects, award wins and announcements
Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external agencies such as the Web Design Agency, Branding Agency, PR Agency, Social Media Agency & SEO Agency
Supervise the development of Website and SEO/SEM, for the verticals
Identify conversation opportunities and build thought leadership pieces with the leadership team ( blogs, podcasts, video & media opportunities), while helping create and growing the personal brands of the leadership team

Create and manage an effective awards strategy for all verticals - both for projects, and people, ensuring the right showcase for the company
Requirement
8 - 12 yrs of senior marketing & leadership experience in communications, social media and/or content strategy
Highly analytical, operationally and metric driven
Able to think outside the day-to-day activities to find creative scalable solutions
Easy-going, motivated and well organised person with fluent English skills
Highly skilled in utilising tools such as Google Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics
You are aware of what’s going on in the digital space and can produce timely angles, hooks and talking points that strengthen our company’s position within global markets
Have interest in new trends, social media platforms and events happening around the digital media space
Experience working at the intersection of creativity and technology or a related line of (business-to-) business
Ability to lead and problem solve across multiple teams and stakeholders
