Description

We are seeking a curios, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our operations team as an analyst. As an analyst, you will be responsible in aiding the CEO with day to day operation and financial related tasks. Currently there is no operations team, so this is an opportunity to have immense responsibility in helping the CEO manage a user base of 1.8 million students and teachers!

This is an excellent opportunity for US based (we will NOT sponsor a Visa) recent grads (3-4 years out of school at the most) who are passionate about building the future of education. You will be working directly with the CEO to deliver on product objectives!

Requirements

• PREFER APPLICANTS IN THE UNITED STATES (We will NOT sponsor a visa)

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics supply chain, finance, product management, or similar fields

• Experience as a product manager, project manager, data analyst preferred!

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for education technology and improving the learning experience for students

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO, developers, designers, marketing and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback

• Perform outreach for Knowt’s B2B School Strategy

• Manage our exam’s content strategy through the KnowtTakers program (knowt.com/knowttakers)

Process

1. Submit an application

2. After an application screening, a select few will be invited to complete a round 1 interview

3. Round 1 Interview — Problem Solving/Challenges Interview with Abheek (we will run through some questions to test your fit with the the team and some challenges that will be asked on the spot — you will not be able to prepare for them)

4. Round 2 interview — you’ll go through another round of questions to test fit.

5. Decision made!
