Key Objectives
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing emails to maintain efficient communication flow.
Support internal teams by drafting, proofreading, and sending email communications.
Maintain email records and assist in monitoring email campaigns and responses.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the company’s general email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing.
Draft, edit, and format emails for various departments, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Coordinate with team members to gather information needed for email communications.
Assist in scheduling and sending email campaigns using email marketing platforms.
Maintain accurate records of email correspondence and track follow-ups.
Identify and flag urgent or sensitive emails for prompt attention.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations in all email communications.
Support the IT team with basic troubleshooting of email-related issues when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or communication support role, preferably managing email correspondence.
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Familiarity with email platforms such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo or similar tools.
Basic understanding of email marketing tools and best practices is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple email threads efficiently.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a corporate or software company environment is advantageous.
