About the Role

Invicta Software is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline communicator, delivering timely and effective support to our clients through live chat channels. Your ability to engage customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and provide a seamless digital experience will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving our company’s success.

Key Objectives

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat.

  • Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone to foster strong customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns and chat processes.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat messages quickly and effectively, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or direct them to appropriate resources.

  • Document chat interactions and update customer records as necessary.

  • Monitor multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Work closely with technical support and sales teams to address customer questions and issues.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Assist in developing FAQs and knowledge base content based on chat interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or digital support environment.

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to grammar and clarity.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
