Key Objectives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
