Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into computer databases with speed and accuracy.

  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.

  • Update and maintain data files and records according to company standards.

  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.

  • Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality.
