Position Summary

Inaza is seeking an Automation Solutions Engineer to join our Deployments Team. This role is crucial in supporting our prospects and clients across the United States by designing, implementing, and expanding automation solutions using our proprietary platform, Python, and SQL.

Please note this is a contract role and payments will be made in USD.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather and analyze client requirements to understand their automation needs

  2. Design and develop automation workflows tailored to client specifications

  3. Implement solutions using Inaza's proprietary platform, Python, and SQL

  4. Leverage generative AI and Inaza's proprietary AI models to create efficient automation solutions

  5. Collaborate with clients to expand and optimize existing automation solutions

  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automations

  7. Document processes, solutions, and best practices

  8. Work closely with other members of the Deployments Team to ensure successful project delivery

  9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and AI

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  2. Proficiency in Python programming and SQL

  3. Experience with automation tools and technologies (RPA experience is a plus)

  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  7. Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in the insurance industry

  2. Knowledge of insurance processes and workflows

  3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies

  4. Certifications in relevant automation technologies

Remote restrictions

  • Workday must overlap by at least 6 hours with Dallas, TX, USA
  • Must be a resident of Argentina
