The Helium Network has grown to over 700K Hotspots covering 50K cities in 167 countries around the world. Growing usage on the Helium Network is an ongoing priority of the Helium core team. We’re looking for a Head of Network Growth to own and grow usage of the IoT network to the next level.
As Head of Network Growth, you’ll own strategy and lead execution across various teams to meet network usage goals. You’ll work with other Product Managers, Marketing and Sales teams within the company and in the Helium Community at large.

What you’ll do
Build and evangelize network growth roadmaps to hit broader usage goals
Deliver strategic plans to increase Helium Network usage across different wireless protocols
Identify and prioritize key usage sources with both existing or the creation of new channels
Closely partner with other product teams to help define features or capabilities to accelerate usage
Work with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to lead and execute initiatives that grow usage on the Helium network
Establish, measure, and monitor network usage metrics and share with the broader organization and Helium community
You have
At least 5 years experience in B2B software product management.
Experience building teams and roadmaps where you’ve defined requirements and worked with other cross-functional teams
Worn multiple “hats” as needed to quickly execute and iterate in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong analytical skills and use data to drive product recommendations.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Organized and delivered complex projects on time
Comfortable with complex technology products and concepts required; IoT industry knowledge a plus
At least a bachelor’s level degree
