Gracie’s at 4 Pines is looking for kitchen team members with a great attitude and excellent communication skills to create our wide range of Gracie’s classic burgers. The kitchen team will read and understand the customer orders and work with other kitchen crew to accurately cook burgers and sides to our recipes, utilise proper equipment and ingredients, and handle kitchen cleaning duties.

Kitchen Crew Responsibilities:
Learning our systems and procedures
Reading and understanding the items on an order
Listening to the directions of the kitchen shift leader and keeping up on their station
Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
Handing orders out to customers and tables
Clearing tables and being friendly to customers and team members
Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Kitchen Crew Requirements:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
Basic math and computer skills.
