Role Overview

We are looking for a Professional Leverage Trader with a 65%+ win rate. You will be responsible for executing trades across multiple sectors of the crypto market with a focus on both short-term tactical plays and structured risk-managed strategies. You will work closely with our analysts and community leads to translate insights into actionable, profitable positions.

Responsibilities:

- Actively trade leverage setups with real-time execution.
- Share trade setups, reasoning, and risk levels with the community.
- Work with analysts to identify emerging narratives and market rotations.
- Manage risk with discipline (position sizing, stop-losses, exposure limits).

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Minimum 65% Win Rate Proven track record as a profitable trader in crypto (please provide PnL or verifiable results).
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, liquidity, and volatility in crypto. Strong risk management discipline — no reckless gambling.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide reasoning for trades.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible with time zones (markets move 24/7).

Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with trading bots, execution tools, or algorithmic strategies.
- Network within the crypto trading space (access to alphas/flows).
