What we’re looking for

We're looking for a talented and driven Senior Product Manager who would like to make a strong impact on developing the Future Family products and systems for our members, clinic partners, and teammates.

Since launching three years ago, we've experienced exponential growth and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us further scale our efforts across a number of core aspects of our business. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute our product roadmap for membership growth, Clinic penetration, and Sales + Operations efficiency; working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and our Care team to help us deliver on our ambitious growth goals. This role will report to the Head of Lending Product and will be a key member of our mighty 40+person Future Family team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand our members, partner clinics, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle and financing of fertility treatments.

  • Deeply understand the problems and opportunities within your domains that we need to solve based on user needs and the fundamentals of the Future Family business.

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a product roadmap to address those problems and opportunities, prioritizing and refining as needed based on new inputs.

  • Serve in a General Manager capacity in standing up new product types, this includes building and communicating the revenue story, aligning stakeholders and their various responsibilities, building a launch plan, executing, measuring results, learning, iterating, and potentially handing off day to day ownership such that the program continues to scale.

What excites us:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in the Financial Services space (ideally consumer lending)

  • Deep understanding of current product best practices – you know what good looks like and you are excited to help build a world-class product, design, and engineering organization

  • You have a track record of success in customer research, roadmap development and execution.

  • Enjoy working with different teams across the company to produce the best solutions for our clients, partners, and teammates.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, including experience presenting your thoughts to senior leadership

  • A balance of right brain, left brain: You're extremely creative, articulate and can connect data to insights and strategies.

  • You have a passion for driving both growth and efficiency, and are able to prioritize between the two when necessary

  • You are mission-oriented and you crave helping our members achieve their goals.

  • You're not afraid to think outside of the box to move the needle.

  • Must be a resident of United States
