What you’ll be working on

  • Design, create, and evaluate components to outperform current offerings for various markets and applications using our proprietary alloys and contemporary CAD software

  • Interface with potential customers to understand their key performance & cost criteria, and help translate our technology’s ability to meet or exceed these needs to them

  • Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to drive the feedback loop between markets and our functional development

  • Be a key source innovation for the use of new materials and manufacturing to demonstrate our alloys’ broad ranging capabilities across industries

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors or equivalent training and experience in mechanical engineering, engineering design, or similar discipline. Masters preferred

  • Experience working with various alloy systems, as well as an ability and drive to expand your materials science knowledge

  • Extensive experience working creatively with a wide range of CAD software and engineering techniques, from traditional methods through the new states of the art (e.g. generative design) to address different applications’ needs

  • Able to iterate quickly and lead fast-paced engineering, business development and design projects

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
