About the role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Strategic Account Manager to help us scale partnerships and revenue to the next level. You will be part of our growing sales team, responsible for forging consultative relationships with our existing partners as well as closing new business.
What you’ll do
Establish and cultivate productive relationships with co-working space partners, to help deliver increased booking performance as well as achieve our own revenue targets. Success metrics will include increased overall revenue, GMV and conversion rates per partner, and partner engagement and satisfaction
Lead key partnership initiatives including ongoing checkpoints, quarterly business reviews, escalations, as well as identifying expansion opportunities
Close new business by building a sales pipeline and driving the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close.
Design and execute highly-effective outreach campaigns
Leverage data and analytics to identify the prospects that fit the ICP, and opportunities to drive revenue growth for existing partners
Assist with onboarding and training for new partners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve supply goals and maximize partner outcomes
You should have
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience in an account management, ideally in the hotel/travel industry
Proven skills in account planning and consultative selling, including the ability to articulate your proposal/recommendations and convince partners to move forward
Experience interacting with and building relationships with C-Level stakeholders
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding goals
High proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Excel, and CRM tools. Analytics software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfort in a scrappy startup and a willingness to jump in and figure things out
Salary
Up to $130K OTE ($80K base)
