About the role
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. You will play a significant role in the growth and expansion of our Teams platform, leading all sales efforts to close new business and generate revenue. The ideal candidate has strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation, and proven closing skills.
What you’ll do
Understand the needs and pain points of potential customers and position our workspace platform as the perfect solution
Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle including identifying and qualifying new prospects, product demos, proposals, contracting, and closing
Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling and attending relevant conferences
Employ a consultative approach to establish a relationship with key decision-makers and demonstrate our value
Leverage data and analytics to identify the prospects that fit our ICP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Teams goals, including the marketing team to develop and execute demand-generation campaigns

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
You should have
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to finance, operations, and human resource departments within mid-market companies and enterprises
Experience interacting with and building relationships with C-Level stakeholders and multiple decision makers to secure buy-in
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding goals
High proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Excel, and CRM tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Salary
Up to $150K OTE ($100K base)
