We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our Account Management Team as a Senior Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for account management, CRM support, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:

• Be the primary contact for our clients based globally.

• Manage communication between our clients and the warehouse team.

• Coordinate effectively using Slack, emails, and phone calls between teams.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their account status and performance metrics.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.

• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.

• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies and best practices.

• Support CRM database management and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

As a Senior Account Manager, you should:

• Ideally have experience in a similar role.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have a strong customer service orientation.

• Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to account management.

• Have experience with CRM systems and account management software.

• Show proficiency in using Google Sheets and similar products.

• Be comfortable working in a remote and multicultural environment.

• Exhibit a high level of organisational and time management skills.

• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Be willing to travel occasionally, as required.
