Our mission

To continue to be an innovative Figma design team and Webflow partner for world-class brands and agencies looking to collaborate on web experiences and empower teams along the way.

What we do

We partner with brands and agencies who want integrated design, low-code and engineering teams. We build innovative websites, prototypes and apps to help our customers provide meaningful digital experiences for their customers and teams.

How we work

We are a distributed team based all over the globe, from Canada, U.S., U.K., Germany to Portugal. We work 100% remotely from wherever we feel best. We always have and always will.

About this role and why it's been created

The demand for our services is outstripping our current capacity. We need more hands on deck to continue to deliver great quality Webflow websites to our clients. We are looking for a Webflow Front-End Developer to build sites in Webflow. You'll have lots of flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

Who would this role suit?

  • Someone with prior Webflow experience, who understands HTML and CSS.

  • A front end developer with who wants to jump on the Webflow and low-code train.

What do you need to bring to the table?

Must haves:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS. You don't need to be a 5th Dan Black Belt, but you need to be able to build Webflow sites with a coherent structure that other developers can collaborate on.

5th Dan Black Belt solving a problem that Webflow can't handle natively.

  • You need to be detail orientated. We produce high caliber websites, so the little things do matter.

  • You need to be reliable. When given a deadline, we need to trust that you will meet it.

  • Good English communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Experience with Webflow

Nice to haves

  • JavaScript knowledge is a big bonus.

  • Design skills. Great if you have them, but no stress if you don't.

  • Located in Canada or New Zealand to line up with the existing engineering team's time zones. Not essential but would be helpful.
