Your Mission

Help grow Dreamstage into the premier live-streaming concert platform. Provide millions of customers around the globe with performant, engaging, and thrilling live performances by artists both independent and world-renowned. You’ll do this by finding solutions to difficult problems, collaborating closely with teammates, and iterating quickly. You’ll balance business imperatives alongside diligent execution to drive revenue growth for the company. You’ll excel in interpersonal communication, the ability to distinguish urgency from importance, and a knack for problem-solving.

How You’ll Do It

  • Develop new, customer-facing features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js in production and green-field projects

  • Build reusable components, front-end libraries, and useful functions

  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, mobile-first code

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

  • Communicate often with team to ensure alignment and forward progress

  • Disengage autopilot to critique and appraise your own work and that of your teammates

Your Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

  • Understanding of React.js, its core principles, and popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux

  • Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, et al

  • Proficiency turning technical requirements into usable features

  • General familiarity with code versioning, particularly Git

  • Comfort with uncertainty and confidence to accept or promote change

  • Knowledge of static and server-side rendering is a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or commensurate experience
