As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with people who need access to these experiences and finding ways to connect them with each other within the Campfire community.


As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be influential in growing Campfire’s customer base by building and nurturing relationships. You will be responsible for making connections with those who are looking for a manager training solution that connects and inspires and turning those people into deeply connected and life-long members of our community. This position requires a strong ability to make human connections, approach outreach in a warm and personalized way, work creatively to solve problems, and share ideas openly.


Role-Specific Capabilities

  • Identify the right people to target in building relationships

  • Collaborate on strategies to develop new relationships with potential customers and identify effective approaches through experimentation

  • Create messaging and collaborate on campaigns

  • Share and implement ideas to connect our community and provide life-changing experiences

  • Build outreach lists of our target segment

  • Qualify opportunities through research and initial conversations

  • Tee up conversations with qualified opportunities

  • Assist in enabling prospects to try Campfire and to make quick purchase decisions

  • Find ways to deliver value to our audience on social and other channels

  • Organize and manage Hubspot so that leads, opps, and deals are tracked appropriately

  • Create and follow up on Hubspot tasks, ensuring deals move through the pipeline

  • Collaborate with the growth and leadership teams regularly to share and implement ideas

  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make improvements

  • Ability to create organized and actionable outreach campaigns

  • Can think through a process from beginning to end, patch up holes, and add a human touch throughout

  • A deep, genuine empathy for managers and their development

  • Ability to thrive by leading and executing on projects with little direction or support

  • Expert at making s’mores and tin-foil dinners

  • Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot are a plus

  • Workday must overlap by at least 6 hours with Salt Lake City, UT, USA
