Marketing Manager
CALA’s mission is to power physical product creation by connecting the world through accessible, digital infrastructure. We are in search of a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in scaling CALA’s industry presence and customer base.
This role is remote, but candidates are welcome to work out of our HQ in New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
Own CALA’s public image, ensuring it is cohesive and attractive to our target customers
Work closely with designers to deliver and maintain high quality marketing touch points such as the CALA website, landing pages, outbound emails, decks and customer presentations.
Coordinate with paid marketing specialists to manage customer-driving ads
Coordinate with CALA’s PR agency on press efforts
Own and maintain customer touchpoint maps
Own and maintain CALA’s voice and communication guidelines
Attend and coordinate CALA’s presence at industry trade shows
Work with the Director of Customer Experience to maintain the ideal customer journeys.
Work with customers to produce captivating case studies and testimonials
Implement SEO and SEM best practices
Create and maintain CALA’s annual marketing calendar
Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer value.
Own and report on customer acquisition cost metrics
Work with the leadership team to provide market opportunity analysis
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant professional experience (PR, advertising, marketing, communications preferred) in e-commerce
Experience working with medium-large size fashion brands is preferred
Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed
Excellent reporting and analysis skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Ability to communicate with cross functional team members
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
