As an Administrative Operation Manager at Axoft, you will be assisting the executive team and working together with all the company to meet their operational needs. This job will be on-site at Cambridge, MA with hybrid flexibilities.

Key qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Operation, Office Management, Administration or Executive Assistant roles

  • Relative working experience in startup or other fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Operation, Supply Chain, Accounting, Administration or equivalent majors.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software, including Outlook and Teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with focus on professionalism.

  • A passion for maintaining a structured operational model and creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

  • Open to new challenges and desire to grow professional skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Office Management, Business Operation, Administration or Executive Assistant roles, ideally in fast-paced startup environment.

·       Relevant operational experience in medical device or bio-tech companies.

·       Procurement and accounting related experience, manage invoices, account payables and perform bookkeeping, familiarities with Quickbooks.

·       Human resource related experience, on-boarding employees for office and prepare registration documents for lab access, familiarity with HR platforms like Gusto.

 

Your responsibilities:

·       This role provides a dual opportunity to support our executive leadership team while ensuring efficient operation of our office.

·       Executive support: manage calendars, coordinate meeting and handle travel arrangements.

·       Financial operations: manage procurement, invoicing and payment collection, support company bookkeeping.

·       Human resources support: manage normal human resources needs including, payroll, time-off and onboarding/off boarding.

·       Team collaboration: plan and execute team-building events and initiative that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
