You are a seasoned strategist who leads the execution and ongoing development of strategic practices and methodologies across our work. You have the ability to build multi-disciplinary teams, run projects and deliver smart, strategic solutions for clients across multiple ongoing efforts. You can’t help but bring a business-minded approach to the work and coach team members across disciplines to consistently deliver excellent results for our clients. As a part of this role, you are also responsible for the financial health of client engagements. You should also have a working knowledge of generative AI and other emerging technologies and can see the ways that it is evolving our industry. This role also contributes meaningfully to new business efforts. Finally, you are skilled at providing constructive feedback and open to receiving it as well.
Core responsibilities
Lead overall client engagements and multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the overall strategic aspects of our client work
Manage complex and layered client relationships and be able to map client needs with internal processes
Bring an industry-leading perspective around innovation, technology, and creativity, and the ability to translate it into strategy
Apply a high level of strategic knowledge of social, cultural, digital, and business landscapes to all efforts
Oversee the overall success and profitability of client engagements including timelines, budgets and quality
Be an excellent people manager and guide direct reports with an eye towards growth and performance
Leverage expertise and professional relationships to assist in growth opportunities
Must haves
10+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house
High drive and pride in your work
Fun and humble, but with a get-it-done attitude
Strong perspective and genuine curiosity
Detail-oriented with ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects
