You are a recognized leader and creative strategist who demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of strategy and offers excellence in strategic methodology and practice. You lead the development and delivery of effective and creative plans to our clients across brand, communications, content and channel strategy. Over your career you have developed a mastery in leading teams and can confidently provide ongoing counsel to clients. As a part of this role you are responsible for setting account strategy, client briefings and running our planning process while showing an awareness of healthy project margins and driving growth efforts. You should also have a working knowledge of AI and other emerging technologies and can help identify possible solutions and use cases that can help the team do faster and better work. Part of the agency Management team, you are eligible to be a manager, or can be an individual contributor who offers a deep specialty in one element of our work. Finally, you are skilled at providing constructive feedback and open to receiving it as well.
Core responsibilities
Lead overall client engagements, serving as overall client and strategy lead, managing and motivating team members across disciplines
Manage complex and layered client relationships and be able to map client needs with internal processes
Bring a strong perspective around innovation, technology, and creativity, and the ability to translate it into strategy
Apply strategic knowledge of social, cultural, digital, and business landscapes to all efforts
Oversee the overall success and profitability of client engagements including timelines, budgets and quality
Manage direct reports with an eye towards growth and performance
Leverage expertise and professional relationships to assist in growth opportunities
Must haves
Six to eight years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house
High drive and pride in your work
Fun and humble, but with a get-it-done attitude
Strong perspective and genuine curiosity
Detail-oriented with ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects
