Interactive Designer

You’re a disciplined designer who loves nothing more than bringing ideas to life digitally. You have a strong creative sensibility and love the challenge of pushing into new territory. Your background may be steeped in creative pursuits but you are driven by pushing the envelope and getting results. This role is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, closely-knit design team working on projects for high-profile clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Fundamentally strong visual designer with broad capabilities and a growth mindset

• Creates clear, compelling designs tailored to appropriate use and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)

• Produces digital products and communications under the guidance of creative leadership

• Contributes to creative concepts and solutions, and collaborates with team members to establish smart, creative approaches for clients and projects

• Demonstrates the ability to clearly articulate your decision-making and design process, execution on creative direction, and give and receive feedback

• A resourceful collaborator, agile in managing multiple work streams, responsibilities, and deadlines 

• Shows up to work each day with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude

• Is fun, humble, and passionate with a good dose of hustle

Must haves:

• 2-4 years relevant experience

• Creative portfolio rooted in visual design

• Content production experience

• Aptitude/interest in motion graphics

• Creative idea generation, especially for digital and social media strategy

• High drive and pride in your work

Nice to haves:

• Experience working across a range of industries and platforms

• Demonstrated experience in interactive and interface design 

• Video editing skills
