Core responsibilities

  • Lead key projects and accounts, serving as day-to-day client lead and managing team members

  • Apply strategic knowledge of the digital and social landscape to all work efforts

  • Manage clients, timelines, budgets and ensure quality of everything we produce

  • Comfortable digging into digital analytics and marketing tools to deliver ROI

  • Adept at applying insights and research to content strategy and planning

  • Bring a strong perspective of innovation and creativity and the ability to translate it into strategy

  • Contribute to a diverse portfolio of creative work spanning digital, social, print, and more

  • Convey a productive and positive attitude and approach to all work and team members

  • Leverage expertise and professional relationships to assist in growth opportunities

Must haves

  • Must be a people person

  • 6–8 years relevant experience at an agency or in-house

  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects

  • High drive and pride in your work

  • Fun and humble but with a get-it-done attitude
